Sgt. Roy will be a featured speaker at the University of Central Oklahoma’s TEDx event on Feb.19th at 6 p.m. This year’s theme, Worlds ConnecTED: Conversations Without Borders, invites us to look at the spaces where differences meet- not as barriers, but as bridges. It challenges us to see connection as the spark for innovation, collaboration, and understanding. The event ranges from a half day to a full day and features a variety of innovative and inspiring speakers from the Edmond community. Sgt. Roy’s presentation is titled ‘Building Bridges of Connection in a Fragmented World’.
